Return & Exchange Policy

All damaged or spoilt items can be replaced or refunded as long as we are notified within 24 hours after you had received them. Please WhatsApp us with a photo of the damaged/spoilt item. As vegetables are highly perishable, we are unable to entertain any refund request after 24 hours of completion of order.

 

Replacement will be subject to the item's availability on our end. If the item is not available, we will arrange for a refund. All refunds will be made via PayNow/ bank transfer.
